Returns & Exchanges Policy
For safety, quality, and warranty reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Parts or batteries that have been used, opened, installed, charged, damaged by the customer, or broken.

Any product that has been removed from its original sealed packaging.
Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

The item is damaged during delivery, or

You received the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
